The Narrows Update 1.1

The Narrows has been updated.

The order between step 2 and 3 of the Turn description changed : the player now choose the Firing Lane and then draw the tokens.

I introduced a Firing bonus in position Black1, Blue3 and Green3. It is added while warships are firing from these positions.

I also added a mandatory repair of 1 level for all damaged Batteries between Feb 25th and March 18th.
